Double Layer BOM Felt Series
Double-layer backing wire felts include 1+1 composite structures and double-structured backing wire felts. The 1+1 composite structure consists of two backing wires of different coarsenesses stacked together, allowing for easy adjustment of the fineness of the upper and lower backing wires. Double-layer backing wire felts offer high linear pressure resistance, good elasticity, excellent water filtration, dimensional stability, low elongation, high strength, and effectively eliminate vacuum marks, groove marks, blind hole marks, and other imprints. They are suitable for various pressing methods, including grooved pressing, vacuum pressing, various composite pressing methods, and large-diameter roller pressing.
