Single Layer BOM Felt Series

Single-layer backing net blankets consist of a single-layer backing net layer and a fiber layer. The backing net layer is woven from warp and weft threads composed of nylon monofilaments or monofilament strands. The weave structure is set according to different paper machines, different applications, and different paper types. The fiber layer is made of chemical fibers of different thicknesses laid in layers. It features good water filtration, low elongation, easy washing, minimal blanket marks, effective reduction of groove marks, and long service life. It is widely used in corrugated sheets for roofing/enclosure materials with a corrugated cross-section. The commonly used material is fiber cement, which has fire-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties. Fiber cement board (Board) is a building board with cement and fiber as the base material, used for partitions, ceilings, decoration, etc., and also has fire-resistant and moisture-proof advantages.
